Tours and workshops

To receive a full refund, all cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled visit.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before or no-shows are non-refundable.

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the appointment are refundable on the Monday following the cancellation request.

Booked and paid appointments can be rescheduled up to 2 hours before the scheduled appointment upon request:

All sales are final once items are shipped.

Each piece is handcrafted by our artisan community and cannot be returned.

Collecting personal data

Purpose of data processing

Lotus Silk Farm allows its customers to book various tours and activities online. The data collected during this process is recorded and processed in a computerized customer file used to manage bookings and payments.

Our customers' data is never transmitted or sold to third parties.

Category of data collected

– Identity: title, last name, first name, address, telephone number, email address.
– Booking details: number, details, price.
– Payment details: credit card number, credit card expiry date, security code (which is immediately deleted).

Data Recipients

Lotus Silk Farm is the recipient of the data category.

Data retention period

– Data necessary for managing the reservation: for the entire duration of the business relationship.
– Payment information: this data is not stored by Lotus Silk Farm; it is collected during the transaction and immediately deleted upon completion of the purchase.
